My goal is to guide you toward a more fulfilling life and to work with you toward developing your true potential. We will work to change unproductive patterns, resolve or improve current challenges and to find strategies for creating a better future. The methods I use (Therapy Methods) are often Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Those models can help develop coping skills to manage unproductive or negative thoughts & behaviors. I am a Certified Advanced level Schema Therapist and will use my expertise with Schema Therapy as needed. Schema Therapy (ST), a relatively new integrative approach to overcoming long standing unproductive (maladaptive) patterns of behaviors. Together we will explore long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that could be holding you back from a more meaningful life.
